Is tipflation killing your earnings?

A new term in the US (and likely soon in the UK), tipflation, is the fatigue customer's and staff are experiencing with over-inflated tipping percentages on service. This is often because of restaurants, bars, cafe's etc, 'hogging' the tipping process and implementing regulations forbidding staff from accepting tips directly. This has partly been addressed with the new 'TRONC' laws (in the UK) but we know, when there's a middleman involved, you will never get the best deal.

This is why we're proud to work with YOU, the hard working staff that deserve to keep 100% of the tip....as you used to.
